No Porn, Adult, Gambling, Illegal Or Warez Sites. 5. No Racial Or Drug-Related Or Other Illegal Content. 6. You agree to receive list messages for other members to your list (subscribe) e-mail 7. You Agree To Receive Messages from Admin At Your Contact Email Address From The Administration Of This List. 8. No Multiple Accounts 9. These subjects are NOT allowed to be using when posting your ads on this safelist. We feel these are misleading & very unprofessional. * RE: or re: * Fwd: * PayPal has cancelled your account * URGENT * Your account has been cancelled / deactivated / terminated * From admin * Notification of payment received * I read your ad / I saw your ad 10. You can not post the message with the same subject more than once a day 11. No framebreakers allowed. Breaking frames will result in your account being suspended. 12. You agree that you will not attempt to use any automated system to collect credits or attempt to defeat human verification methods on the site. 13. You agree that the administration has the right to change these terms at any time for the purposes of protecting the best interests of the general membership and business interests if the site. 14. Violation Of The Above Rules Will Result In Your Membership Being Terminated, any and all credits, and commissions will be forfeit immediately. Determination of whether or not a rule was broken is strictly up to the administrator. 15. This is a safelist, that means you WILL receive large numbers of emails to your list address and some emails sent your contact address. This site is 100% CAN SPAM compliant so you understand that you ARE opting in to receive large numbers of email to your list address. If you do not wish to receive large numbers of email then DO NOT join this site. 16. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel any subscriptions to their account through their payment processor BEFORE they are billed. We will not process refunds for accounts billed after their monthly due date accept in cases where there was a billing error or the proper subscriber account or credits were not received for some reason. If for some reason we do process a refund and your account was upgraded for some reason your account will be immediately downgraded and all credits subject to the upgrade will be immediately subtracted from your account.
